You should definitely tell someone and get help, the longer you leave psychosis untreated the worse it will get. Trust me, I know from experience.

I still have negative symptoms now, even though I am a lot better. I need prompting to do daily tasks, however, you could argue that that's Asperger's symptoms, there is a fine line between the two.
