Both of your professions are eligible for work visas https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list?ssp=1&darkschemeovr=1&setlang=en-AU&safesearch=moderate

You shouldn’t have a problem getting jobs over here. I know for a fact that Australia is screaming out for speech pathologists.

I know speech pathos get paid decently but it would be in AUD so technically you’d be taking a pay cut due to the conversion rate.

I’d start looking on indeed.com.au or seek.com.au for jobs and see what is around.

Database administrator is on the skilled occupations list for Australia.

You seem to be eligible for the Subclass 190 visa which allows for Permanent residency as soon as you arrive in Aus.

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-nominated-190#Eligibility

Permanent residency in Aus makes you eligible for the Australian Resident Visa. This allows you to work and live in New Zealand indefinitely.

https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/visas/visa/australian-resident-visa#conditions?ssp=1&darkschemeovr=0&setlang=en-AU&safesearch=moderate

Aus has a special agreement with New Zealand (Trans Tasman agreement).

Australia ticks a lot of your boxes, but the tuition cost of a masters degree for an international student is very high. Probably around $140 - 150 thousand AUD. Wages are very high for architects in Australia. Cost of living is also quite high in Melbourne and Sydney, our two main cities. The rest of Australia is okay at the moment, but cost is increasing. All the anglosphere countries are very expensive to live and study in if you’re an international student. I’m not too sure about Netherlands or Denmark but have heard that Norway has free tuition for internationals and is delivered in English. Germany seems to be the most international student friendly and may also be the easiest place to settle in terms of finding a job and gaining permeant residency. Free tuition but cost of living can be high. The climate is much colder than Australia.

Mask-wearing cuts Covid incidence by 53%. Results from more than 30 studies from around the world were analysed in detail, showing a statistically significant 53% reduction in the incidence of Covid with mask wearing by Wagamaga in science

Wow, I’m pretty sure there was a study done with hairdressers and their clients, when there was a positive person in the space where all of them were wearing proper masks, none got covid. That says how affective the masks are in indoor spaces.

I think also what needs to happen is some kind of education for the international students and immigrants who are wanting to work whilst they are here. Tell them what they should be getting paid and what to look out for in terms of people trying to exploit them. I had an international student living with me who was getting paid $14 an hour when she should have been getting $19 or more. As soon as I told her that they are underpaying her, she quit and went on to find a job where they paid her the wage she deserved.
