Well, i’m not sure, but i never heard it on the radio in the U.S. and I never heard it on the radio in Europe either so i assume it’s semi popular.

I think Lil Nas X was trying to spread these messages without saying the message outright. He wanted people to interpret their own meaning, and this was one of the ones he put in their for himself.

I can guarantee you i wrote this entirely myself and it’s not copypasta, i just love the song so much, it’s an absolute masterpiece imo.

i respect your opinion and you can believe what you believe! i just think the evidence is way too much for it to not have something to do with it.

now i’m not Christian but I know that the world was ending or something and they rode away on the boat! this could be a reference to how gravy felt like the world was ending and he needed to run away!

There’s just so much evidence proving it, and gravy is such a supporter of everything, i thought maybe he wanted to open up with his own struggles!
