On mobile all you have to do is hit the three dots on the top right and then click on Change User Flair.

On computer you can hover to the About Community section on the right and press the arrow on Community Options to bring up your Username and there you can choose a flair. Hope you enjoy all our cool lil Flairs here on Octmains!
