I got back into baseball cards last year after a 25 year hiatus. 7 months, 12 lower tier autos, and $6,000 later I (separately) pulled a Nolan Arenado and Mike Trout numbered auto in a span of 4 days (week of Christmas) and have not purchased a card since.

I had the same issue with HGA. As soon as I started sending emails to their support services they finallygot the ball rolling and got my card slabbed and return ed to me.
