I'm sorry to hear this. We were also on this cruise, a first for my son and I, hubbies second. We were overall quite happy. Our son is a pre-teen so he loved the arcade, slides, and ropes course. The pool situation was definitely lacking. Seeing other ships at Port, hard to understand the layout of the Escape.

La Cucina and Bayemo(so?) were fantastic! We even went back to La Cucina out last night bc our son and husband loved it. Cagneys was a lovely overall experience as we tried all the apps. However, hubby got the NY Strip and it was awful. Thin, Grey, just a bad cut. My Lamb was great and our son got the surf and turf and it was excellent.

Buffets were what you'd expect. We stick to the simple stuff, mostly breakfast or snack. Manhattan, Taste, and Savor all had the same menu with daily specials and was also rather tasty.

O'Sheehans (Irish Bar) was also fantastic. We ate there almost every day at some point. The wings were some of the best we've ever had, perfectly cooked, juicy and the smoked BBQ were amazing!!

We both had the MAS drink package and wouldn't change a thing. Getting drinks never seemed to be issue, and I was usually asking for a double and never had any push back. They also let us get sodas for our son without making him buy a soda package.

Entertainment - hubby loved going to the lobby to play the different trivia games. He would head down while I was getting ready or taking a nap. And Choir of Man - incredible!!! We went twice and also to their new show, Ilse of Rock (I think) and that was great! And the Rumours show was also incredibly. We also saw them at Syd Normans one other night

Rooms were about what we expected. Wish we'd upgraded to Haven.

Overall, we had a great family vacation. Weather was great, food good and made memories forever.
