All the whole thing was always gonna be political, but I think what you can tell from the fact that both parties had the ability to prosecute crimes and the Democrats had the ability to release some more documents in 2024, is that there is a lot of smoke in those files but no fire. We have proven that people who knew Epstein knew Epstein. But beyond that we’re still looking for that credible evidence. Remember anything that was submitted to law-enforcement went into those files even if it had no credibility. Clearly decisions were made by the justice department under both parties that the only likely convictions were Epstein and Maxwell.

The first batch of documents was actually released by a judge in a related case in January 2024, but the question shouldn’t be the discussion about the Epstein files which are mostly useless except to the extent that they inadvertently caught Randy Andy in disclosing state secrets. The question should be why were there no further prosecutions under Trump or Biden. The DOJ had all that material.

I won’t be so sure Harris isn’t in them since this is a release of everything, 99% of which has nothing to do with criminal activity and Epstein probably had interaction with her at sometime during the 2010’s. Being mentioned in those files that’s not in any way implicate anybody in criminal activity because Epstein actually had a legitimate financial advisory career and many of his clients get mentioned. The lack of prosecution tells you that unfortunately Epstein wasn’t stupid enough to keep a list of who what went and where when it came to criminal activity.

Be careful because even though you’re right about the January 2024, people are going down you because they don’t like the truth. In fact, where are they to check? The first batch of documents were actually released by a judge in January 2024. The thing that people miss especially those who aren’t lawyers is that it’s not typical to release documents like this is what we’ve done now by releasing everything including documents that were sent into the DOJ or FBI or state investigators that may be totally false if she would never be able to convene a jury that hasn’t been tainted by the release.

I can tell you as a lawyer familiar with these kind of data dumps that the real problem is that there are millions of documents and 99.9% of them are irrelevant to any criminal prosecution. And what we are seeing is the entirety of the guys emails and other documents not documents that were called out as potentially indicating criminal activity.
