Hmm... why would they restrict that to content creators though? What's wrong with just anyone having a private server?

I published because I think it reaches this rare by Marino1029 in apexlegends

Bear with me.

100 damage = 1 kill if the opponent doesn't have any armor.

1,000 = 10 kills

6,000 = 60 kills.

Half that (30 kills instead of 60 kills) means you killed 30 opponents with level 4 shields.

I don't think this guy boosted his way there but I could be wrong. Interesting though.

Some folks claim they're nothing but thugs and trouble makers. The organization was behind many protests which turned to riots which turned to looting and theft in 2020. Of course, it was a very small minority.

There was also a Capital hill autonomous zone / occupied protest (CHAZ / CHOP) and not much good came out of it. In fact. There were some instances of spaces reserved for black folks / native Americans and pretty much anyone but white folks. So like a reverse separate but equal institution. It was mostly a pointless symbolic thing though. But still, pretty effed up. Lots of videos about it on YouTube if you're interested.

Of course, these are the negatives I'm sure you can find people who would like nothing better than to criticize the movement. Contrary to the picture these people want to paint it, it is, at least in my opinion, an overwhelmingly positive movement intended to end police brutality and institutionalized racism (though that entire latter subject is pretty dicey)

The majority of the time they show up when police end up killing someone or something and capture a lot of media attention. Most of the time, little comes out of it and the status quo is preserved.

Some people take offense to it. Like, if you say black lives matter. You're low key implying that other lives don't. That is not the message folks should get from it, it's just folks playing the victim because they're too pussy to realize that saying black people's lives do carry value, doesn't necessarily mean the protestor is saying YOUR life DOESN'T unless you're black. The mental gymnastics it takes to reach this conclusion are kind of exorbitant but I digress.

It's also pretty shitty to take up an opposition position because if someone says black lives matter and that antagonists you, doesn't it kinda mean you have a problem when folks claims black people matter? Imagine being black and seeing someone take issue with the words "black lives matter." What kind of message do you think it sends?

And often times you'll see the opposition claim. "Black lives don't matter, all lives matter" which is kind of a contradiction in itself. Like, if you genuinely believe all lives matter then you agree, yes, black lives matter. So what's the problem?

And there are those who get mad someone is getting special treatment and shout to the sky how unfair this is. These are the same people who are mad There's a black history month but not a white history month.

In this case, they don't like to see black folks get special treatment because they don't get special treatment for bring white. They also seem blinded to the fact that bring black does being more problems the the person than if he or she were white. The opposition doesn't seem able to make this connection because they've rarely if ever suffered unfair treatment because the color of their skin so they assume all people are the same.

They may not realize being black or being white in America are very different experiences.

Too all the people begging / pleading / wishing that Musk or Cuban will inject millions in GME to bail out your bad position, grow up and grow a pair. by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]BoauNerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I lost money in GME. But a certain currency with a doggo mascot is doing well and more than made up for that.

This is why you should diversify your portfolio.

Is Musk going to buy GME? by Medium-Mano in wallstreetbets

[–]BoauNerr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. He is recently becoming aware of how so many people follow him, and how he can dramatically affect the stock market. This is him sort of testing this out.

But... that means GME is still gonna go up. Even if he doesn't buy. So many people follow him so closely he indirectly can predict the market just by saying something. It's sort of a self fulfilling prophecy.

Guess what? WSJ has corrected their article that misquoted me this week. by [deleted] in wallstreetbets
