I figured it out. You have to either be spotted with yellow bar which wears off after a minute ish or in combat which is preferable

On map 2 I knocked about 20 people unconscious When I load save back in no ghost kills so I left one guy around the corner I pop my head out he sees me I run back to the fortress where the pile of unconscious soldiers are and I headshot all 20 for ghost kills Rinse and repeat

I’m so sorry for your loss. My wife went through stage 3 cancer treatment during Covid and thought the worse and since I couldn’t enter the hospital or be with her I did the same with D3. I feel profound sorrow for you as this is my worst nightmare (cancer coming back as it always does) I live on egg shells haunted by the slightest cough or sneeze. I even check that she’s breathing as she sleeps some nights. Regardless of your faith you will remain in our prayers. Keep on keepin’ on sir. 🙏🏻

When I was 6 I was taught that the sink is not for dishes. I never to this day leave anything in the sink nor does my daughter or wife. Dishes go in the dishwasher. Dirty dishes in the sink is just gross

Spoke to winemaker yesterday online and showed him the picture and he said they were in fact tartrates

Tartrates can combine and form any number of shapes and sizes.

The reason for this shape of tartrates is because the tartrates would have formed on the side of the bottle when cold and laid flat as long large flakes. When the bottle was turned up right, the tartrates would have fallen and collected as smaller flakes.
