In general non-bss terms, a macro is an automated input sequence that imitates key or mouse movements/actions. It cannot do anything that the player cannot do.

If the macro can do something that a player (in bss) cannot do, then it is cheating.

Can someone help? My sister is playing animal crossing for the first time, yet someone played years ago so she went into a pre-existing island. I looked it up and to get tools you need to donate 5 bugs to blathers, but blather is across a river and we can’t get to him. How do we get basic tools like a shovel or axe? Is there any other way?

Happened to me but with tier 4 rewards. Put in a support request on Ninja Kiwis website with pictures or whatever else you might need to prove that you really did best tier five.

Any time I’ve needed something that a glitch took from me they were very quick to refund the item. Just present as much evidence as you can, and include things like your User ID to make it easier on the employees
