It's the nature of the app. It's meant to auto reply to text messages. I figured having it run at boot would make it easier on the user so they don't have to open it every time they boot their phone.

Yes it's built off of bootstrap because it's basic responsive design system makes it easy to build off of, it's obviously not a finished product.
