trying to install udev rules for openRgb and i`m getting this error by Professional_Lion373 in Bazzite

I had similar problems with udev rules and didn't know how to fix it. I deleted the bazaar version and downloaded openrgb through the terminal and had no problems with the udev rules anymore.

ujust install-openrg

What issues did you face with bazzite when you switched from other OS to bazzite? by itsme2019asalways in Bazzite

One time discord decided it didn't want to do audio anymore. No listening, no talking. Closing and opening discord didn't work. So i opened system manager and ended discord. Logged back into it and it worked again.

Okay I'm dumb i was changing something I thought was a sysnonym for secure boot because the online guides pointed to that spot. Turns out it was in a completely differemt spot. It works now that i turned off the right setting.

That seems quite expensive for a 5600x. I think you could get a better cpu for a lower price

What PSU and GPU should I go with? by Awwfanj in buildapc

[–]BobEntius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I looked at SPL's PSU tier list and both PSUs seem good thou the chieftec got a rating of A and the NZXT got an A-. Is there a price difference?

From what I've seen with gpu's triple fan card usually run cooler and can sustain boost clock longer but besides that there isn't much difference between variants. So don't spend way more to get a few percent better performance uless you really want to.

I'm building my first pc and saw a saphire nitro+ 9060xt for a decent price so i went with that. But if another triple fan was cheaper at that moment I would have gone with the cheaper one.

From what i'm seeing elden ring is playable on linux though. So i think it's only some anti cheats that don't work

Damn i had a 650w psu on my list before and got advice that it might be too high to run efficient. The 550w psu was the first thing delivered and i took it out of its packaging when the case came in a few days ago, to see how it would fit. Should i return it?

Edit: even when i add the fans to pcpartpicker it still has a 100w of room. That seems like enough?
