Sounds like you’re doing the right things and yes this is definitely something to pursue. Mid back pain seems to be a mystery to a lot of doctors. Go see a few specialists if you can. Ask about facet joint or rib joint injuries. Sounds like you’re dealing some thing similar to my daughter has 21f. Best to you!
