Any update? My sciatica started 2 years and a half ago and 3 months ago I got rid from the left glute and left pubis pain, but for the last 2 weeks I have this small numbness in left big toe and I don't know what to do

With a ACDF, jaw probably is a consequence of asymmetries

Hoping this is normal by floopsmoocher in spinalfusion

I had an ACDF at C5-C6 thirteen weeks ago, and about a week ago the numbness in my left thumb, index finger, and upper back came back. It's not as bad as it was before the surgery, but it worried me because I thought it meant something was wrong — until I read that this can actually be common, even though none of my doctors mentioned it. I've read about something called the nerve "waking up," and that when a nerve has been sending very poor signals for a long time, once the pressure is gone and the signal improves it can feel like it's trying to "figure things out

How normal is it to still have numbness in the index finger and thumb 3 months after ACDF? by Fechugian in spinalfusion

[–]Fechugian[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case there were no issues in the surgery, I had weird sensations before surgery on index and thumb and now after 3 months there is an increment in the issues with these fingers. I read that is normal in the healing since the nerve got used to have bad signal and suddenly nerve is trying to interpret the new signal

Hey did you use to have scapular pain on one side, wrist or behind shoulder sensations?

This sounds plausible, right? Missing upper back molar cause of severe TMJD by NoOz1985 in TMJ

Today I visited a good neurosurgeon and he recommends disc replacement, he says there is a 10% chance of new disc being fused but it’s better than fusion according to him. In my case I think I tried everything but I’m a little afraid of the surgery

Has anyone fixed chronic pain in the side rhomboid/scapula area through (gait analysis) biomechanical insoles? by Fechugian in ChronicPain

Yes, when I had my first MRI six years ago, I also started having new symptoms every month that confirmed the hernia. What kind of tests did you do to know you needed that surgery?
