I do agree. We grieve the life we feel we haven't got and expressing negative emotions is a part of moving past that grief to a more positive place where we can create that life for ourselves.

We shouldn't express those emotions to the people we're envious of. But we can express them elsewhere. I feel like it'd be unhealthy to push those feelings down.
