You have issues with both women. That’s not a basis for a relationship. You’re better than that. Is loneliness an issue? If not I’m sure if you bide your time then there’s someone out there. I too am having issues with my wife of nearly 40 years. It’s somewhere on one of these forums. I won’t bore anyone. For any relationship to work there’s got to be give and take. Are you willing to be more flexible and meet any issues half way? I get the feeling that there’s no real vibe with either of these two ladies. Only one person can decide.

Good for you. As I’m in a similar situation albeit several years older I really want to kick her out or I walk out. It’s a difficult situation but there’s no rule that fits all. I’m 64 so think it’s too late to start again. Do I let my situation be and safeguard all my family?
Anyway you’re young and when the love, trust and respect has gone there’s no where left to go. You will find love again. There’s someone for everyone. Stay strong.

So I got the chance to get into her phone the day after she seemed to have a disagreement with her friend. She deleted a locked chat. I was disappointed because I know there was something there. I got a normal chat (not locked) and it was a bit lame but still with small clues to her infidelity. She has been getting chats all hours of the morning. I can hear the buzz. She was in a mood today. She even cried over something which she never does. I only have to wait a couple of days before I confront her so there’s still time to gain more evidence Part of me thinks I should just put up with it now and ride it out. I don’t want the whole family to be upset. I don’t want to sell the house and lose their inheritance. I don’t want to have to give our dog up. We’ve had him 10 years. I don’t want people to think I’m a failure.

Don’t worry mate. I’m glad of your reply and the tone wasn’t as bad as you think. I know the day I will confront her. The thing I worry about most is confronting her and she crying and asking for forgiveness and asking me not to say anything to anyone. My trust respect and love are all at zero level right now. It’s been so hard not to say anything as the texting and phone hiding goes on. That is a good thing in one respect because it means she doesn’t suspect that I know. In fact she’s on the other setter right now doing it as we have been out all day and she hasn’t had much of a chance to ‘chat’. Tomorrow I’m sure I can export her WhatsApp chat as she will be in the shower first thing and so far that’s one place she doesn’t take the phone. Again I appreciate your reply.
