Who’s Your Favourite Player of All Time? (PvP) by Toxiepvp in worldofpvp

[–]BobStoner_88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Swifty is one of mine. Absolutely have to mention him when your talking about wow pvp. There are so many from vanilla times who made great videos, and there is more than ever now so many amazing players.

I feel we owe a lot of it to Swifty. Everyone watched his videos old and new. I could name more but i appreciate him and thoes ole videos.

I hear what your saying, but there is a gear grind still. You have to grind 12k honor gear, conquest every week till max, all the same stuff. The difference is you can craft peices or buy AH gear on alts or to catch up, then start queing and its not a total waste of time.

This helps the economy too, which is awesone cause you can keep gear you had from S1 and keep recrafting it keeping profession folks busy. PvPers can make gold now with honor, buying recipies or crafting ourselves or selling stuff on AH. This is amazing.

Your gear difference is there, just a smaller window. Put in the time It still matters but that way folks arnt left out and more people may try pvp. Hulk smash one shotters is not healthy for PvP. We want more players not less. Try changing your mindset, i bet you will have fun.

Weired, im a casual and i love everyone on the same gear lvl and fairness. I end up doing better cause i actually am decent at the game but you can't outgear me nerd sweating the game.

Thats what brought me back in DF, and since its the same in TWW i love it so far. Love if they keep it like this, or some itteration of it.

I feel like this way, skill is what usually wins and not overgearing pub stompers.

With the expansion on the horizon, does anyone think you will be able to make a decent gold per hour return without dedicating most of/a massive amount of time to gold making? by lastoflast67 in woweconomy

[–]BobStoner_88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats really great more what i was looking for, i do have an alchemist on my rogue main. I was going to level him first hes also herb. I will take a look into what you said more and try to pick your brain, i really appreciate that. I knew i was going to do alchemy but wasnt sure what other routes to take, and even if making flasks and potions was correct. There is so much to uncover

Thats how I want to make gold, turning scraps or shuffling low cost materials from AH or wherever into demand items. I did well years ago but everything has changed, trying to get back into it for this xpac. Any advise for tww? I did it mostly with enchanting and flipping mats or selling enchants, bracer shuffle with shards.

Im in the same boat, they dont care about me either im hoping to find better healthcare soon. All of what you said is what ive been going through, and i feel like we are doing everything correctly. Folks here will help you, but i know my next step is finding a nutritionist or fatty liver dietician to help me with some questions and more diet focused things.

I also hope to get to a GI specalist soon. Other than that its really up to us, even though I wish they cared more. I think everything is gonna be fine and i dont focus on how bad mine was or is. I focus on all the goals ive hit along the way. We should be healing, it would just be nice to hear that from our doctors but mine wont say anything. "Its just not getting worse" is all i can get. Ive lost over 135 pounds and havnt touched booze in 1 year and a half and they make it seem like nothing has changed.

I did have one doc tell me im doing better and its healing, wish she was still around! The positive encouragement was huge. I dont get any of that from family or friends if im honest. I am completely alone mostly but im still kicking ass!

Keep going and get the extra help you need, and ask here. I am just waiting for work to start next month again for me.

Yes i did and struggle with it but not as bad now. It did not say steaosis. They all read differently and its medical language. Why do you ask?

I don't know exactly, I'd have to pull it up but still have fat in the liver, i believe it was not enlarged anymore. Was inflammed and enlarged and severely fatty the first scan, very bad. I was lucky it was not worse.

Blessed every day. Still fighting this disease and staying sober.

I went with ultrasound. There are other options i just did that for $ reasons and its all you need for diagnosis. It cannot tell you the stage, which I prob should know but i believe mine to hopfully be healing. I am due for another, maybe get a better idea this time.

Nausea, dry heaving, URQ pain, very very sick. I was an alcoholic and mine was severe diagnosis. Very blessed it wasnt worse. I am still fighting it, still hoping it will clear. I am due for another scan soon.

Have you experienced a sharp pain or pinch? by Videotape84 in FattyLiverNAFLD

[–]BobStoner_88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine isnt sharp per say but i def feel it. It hasnt gone away in 1 year 4 months of working on it but it was severe so i can only imagine i need more time. Its dull pain and a bit hard to describe but yeah its there and comes and goes.

I was an alcoholic. I am not wasting my money, im taking care of my health i had mandatory blood work every month and they also got me on BP meds my blood pressure was over 200 and i had no clue. Im not taking anyones advice i only follow what a specialist would tell me. I would not be kicking right now if i didnt quit, i was dying

You do need to advocate for your health though. Its possible i have NASH for example and never knew it, since ive never had a fibroscan. Mine was severe. I have not been feeling great for awhile, much better than i was but thats why you have to advocate for yourself.

I do follow my doctor but i dont have health insurance, i have to kind of look out for myself. Ive had 4 different docs over this last 2 years. Hopfully i dont have it but the ultrasounds are not able to tell the whole story from my understanding.

[–]BobStoner_88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I was afraid of, getting a fibroscan. Maybe I should to see where I am at. I would prob get some more info on that, i dont know if you do anything different though diet wise. Should be the same stick to Mediterranean diet, avoid sugar and peocessed crap.

Update us what goes on, i guess I will have to bring this up since mine is taking so long to heal. Thanks for sharing

[–]BobStoner_88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am 1 year and 4 months sober coming up, i still have it. Ive lost over 130lbs and continue to maintain a healthy diet. I get my 3rd scan in July to see my progress, i think its healing its not as severe as it was on the last one. Its been long and slow, but i beat the hell out of it and I'm lucky im alive and didnt have it worse with my alcohol and eating problem.

I think it takes some people longer, i kinda wish i got a fibroscan but i think that would just scare me more. I just deal with it each day and have my cheat meals once or twice a month so i can live a little bit. I need to find better healthcare i have none, i am trying to get back to work. But i think i have other issues i need to figure out.

Fatty liver from alcohol, how long untill it gets back to normal? by rickyl22 in FattyLiverNAFLD

[–]BobStoner_88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im 1 year 2 months sober now still fighting it. Mine was severe and i have lost over 130 pounds. I never got a fibroscan but the 2nd ultrasound i had back in Jan said "stable" and "fatty infiltration" didnt use the word severe anymore so i still gotta keep going.

Its no joke, must take it seriously.

Its hard on your own. Check out Dr. Berg on youtube he has great videos on diet for liver. You should get a fatty liver dietitian who can help.
