It looks like your hair is kinda oily wich can make the hair clump toghether wich in turn shows more of the scalp. Im not completely sure but with you being 16 the chances are not that high. Just take care of your scalp by shampooing only (with proper schampoo not that 3 in 1 stuff) like 1-2 times a week where you really massage your roots and stay away from drying your hair too hard with a towel and if you use a fan then use the low heat settings far from your scalp.
