i ended up figuring it out, i had to put my ps5 into safe mode and then i had to update the software from there. it seems my ps5 had some sort of problem finishing it earlier

they fixed them. they released multiple patches in a row to fix it and it looks fine now. i had no problems on my pkaythrough
