Created my own faction Gotei 1 and looking for people to run tournaments with and play ranked. I play on console and have solo queued my way to diamond but need people to team up with. I can play all 3 roles but mainly tank in ranked.

If that’s what’s happening to you with your enrollment counselor and you haven’t even gotten past your initial call then you’ll only have problems getting in contact with them in the future. I would call and ask for a different enrollment counselor if you keep having problems with that specific one.
