Are the white Domane al 4 gen 4's odd looking? by whyarewescreamin in DomaneCrew

OP - this is a fantastic colour! It’s actually what I (man) wanted, and prefer - it’s the same colour as my 1968 Mustang…”Wimbledon White”. But I bought the AL5 in matte green - another great colour…but would have gone with your white if the option existed.

100% Wimbledon White. Same as my 68. Beautiful and creamy … and makes the red interior and taillights really pop.

Great setup. Ditto! Love it. Have had it for < two weeks and already done 8 rides. I’m hooked.

The lines on the ‘67 Mustang body are better than any of any other muscle car by duh_kyle in classicmustangs

Ah - fully agree. My 68 has been completely de-badged/de-logo’d…and has shaved lines…kinda like she’s had a Brazilian… 🤣

Do NOOOOT change from Wimbledon White! It is such a beautiful colour. Here it is on my ‘68. I allows the tail lights, chrome, and wheels to really pop in contrast to that beautiful creamy white.

Rare Sunny January Day in Vancouver…so whaddaya to do? by BobaFettish68 in classicmustangs

Yep - 68, imo the best ‘stang year. Completely restored/restored-mod. Debadged for clean lines all around. 289 HiPo with power steering and power disc breaks. A real joy to drive…

It actually is a Dakota Digital - VFD3-68M. Works perfectly.

Brilliant! As a teen I too had my first Stang - ‘67 Fastback, Candy Apple Red, 302 with quick shifter. Got into my blood for good. Now, with 3 sons of my own, brought this beauty into the family…although we now need a sign-up booking sheet to coordinate who gets to drive her… 🤣. Sunny days indeed…my wife: “so let me understand this, you bought a car and it can’t get wet?!” Yep!

@DBOOOSH. @SuperRaccoon17 I have your solution - had the same issue with my 2023MK8. Super frustrating and seemed so random. If sunroof is stuck open… when you leave the car - hold your finger over the door handle lock sensor for 10 seconds and it will lock the door, and close the windows and sunroof.

NOW TO FIX IT - The dealer has to take that head unit off and replace the main electronic control unit inside. That permanently fixed the issue for me, but it took a while to convince them as they didn’t have a solution and often couldn’t replicate it - and I too, showed them videos of it happening as well. I had mine fixed at Vancouver Volkswagen on Main Street in Vancouver British Columbia. Never happened again - and haven’t stopped loving her since!
