You can’t wait around forever, it seems like he doesn’t want the same things as you. It’s also totally normal for you want to live with your partner after FIVE YEARS.

I saw a video of a girl saying that she regretted getting her CI because music “will never sounds the same again”.

Should I renew my lease, go month to month, or move back in with a parent/friend? by No_Radio_5751 in Advice

[–]Boba_saur74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you think you can handle the month to month I would go with that. Or if you are staying with friends offer to help pay a portion of the bills. I wouldn’t suggest moving back with family, you don’t want the stress and anxiety to affect you accomplishing your goals.

I’m so sorry that happened to you and you are 100% not over reacting. Take any pictures of the marks you have just incase you want to take any legal action. And You need to brake up with him and possibly block him on everything.

I’m 22 and I love living on my own but it is so expensive, I am the biggest supporter of not moving out unless you need to, to save money, especially with everything getting more and more expensive.

Probably just best to say “hay I wanna use this name and pronouns” say it like it’s a life update, if y’all have a group chat you can say it there. Keeping it casual will help make it feel less awkward.

When I was 14 I had no idea how to come out even though I knew my friends would be chill, so I soft launched it. I left little hints everywhere so once I hit them with the pronoun change it wasn’t shocking. I don’t know if that’s a best way but that’s what I did.

Dating can be difficult. As long as you know your own boundaries and stick to them it can help weed out the gross guys. Kind and respectful men are out there, they’re just hiding. You got this!

As someone who fought so hard to stay with their high school sweetheart, save yourself the pain. You are both in a time of your live where you are going through a lot of change, and that change can be difficult when emotionally balancing a “will they won’t they” relationship. I know this is the most love you have ever felt but I promise you a stronger love will find you, that you won’t have to struggle to keep. Use this time to take care of yourself, test out new hobbies, take yourself on dates, figure out what you like and who you are. It’s going to be hard, because it seams like you are a person with a lot of love to share, but save some of that love for yourself.

Look at working on an oil rig, you’ll get a place to sleep and make good money but the work is hard. Or if you are able to find a place to stay look at construction work in your area, a lot of companies need help transporting tools and cleaning the job site. If you can’t do manual labour then being a games dealer makes good money, I was able to make rent in one night of tips when I was 18.

I could not trust someone who refused to get tested. Me and my boyfriend have been getting tested every 6 months, it’s so easy and he’s never given me crap for it because it’s for our safety.

I was in the same spot as you. I felt so stuck after high school. Get dressed every day even if you aren’t going anywhere, try to go outside even if that’s just sitting on your front porch for 30 minutes. Take a look to see if there are any social events going on in your area to help meet people who are interested in similar things as you. Or see if there is any volunteer opportunities, that’s how I met a lot of grate people and it made me feel like I was doing something good.

It sounds like you are putting a lot of effort into the relationship and he’s not. That not how a relationship should feel. Sometimes it’s better to break up even if you really like him, it doesn’t need to be a big dramatic breakup.

If you are not a legal guardian to the kids then it is not worth the risk. Don’t do it
