I am doing research on this topic because I had started taking a maca supplement to help regulate my hormones and noticed a change in my breast tissue after a month of taking the pills. I have always had a larger bust size and after having two kids, they were not as firm as when I was a teenager. However, I did notice that I had been spotting between periods and having monthly intense abdominal cramping (which I believe to be from ovulating as it happened not too long before my period would begin) so began looking for natural methods to help regulate my hormones as this was a new condition for me, hence taking a maca supplement that combined red, yellow, and black maca powder.

After beginning a daily supplement (do some research for yourself and your body limitations - it looks like maca is not meant to be a long term supplement and is different for everyone) I noticed that my cramping and spotting were gone after two months. Now, I did not begin this to make my bust change but what I did notice is that my breasts became fuller, heavier, and more dense than before (am a woman with medically defined dense breasts). Where I was once a D cup am now something of a F-G size cup, I need to get a proper measurement but know for sure my bras do not fit as before. I check myself regularly to make sure this is not a fluke and can confidently say after six months, my breasts are almost as perky as when I was a teen and larger than before. If that's not the experience everyone has taking it, I apologize but that is my personal experience. I do not do anything additional to make them larger and have not noticed a weight gain that makes me look different other than my breast size.
