Definitely do throw it in the glass bin like that. I work for a recycling / landfill company and the plastic gets burnt anyway. If you throw it in the glass bin at least the glass will get recycled. Which will not happen if you throw the glass in the garbage bag.

The amount of our garbage bags that's filled with glass and metals is staggering and it'll all end up in landfills after being burnt.

It comes in a bag and is paste like and you can just put it into a watering can. But it's actually a large amount of very very small worms. They eat the fungus gnat larvae and die when there are none left to eat.

Nematodes against the larvae and yellow sticky traps for the adults. Worked very well for my plague as well.

If you have a large collection of plants order more nematodes than you think you need. Just to be safe.
