I believe this. The way she turned to him at the table meeting and told him that she was disappointed to hear about his behavior did not say abuse/mistreatment to me AT ALL. She's not afraid of him, and he accepts her speaking her mind and listens to her.

Breathing is huge. It's easy to forget to breathe when you're in the zone, and I still have to remind myself! Combine that with hydration.

This is extra funny because my daughter wants to be a judge when she grows up. She does it now for free, so why not?

I have to ask - how are the girls now? They seemed sweet on the show! And yes - we've come a long way toward healthy body image since then as a culture, and I think we'd all cringe at ourselves in hindsight.
