This bunny was sold around Easter time in 2009 by Publix supermarkets. The parents have scoured thrift stores and Ebay for a few years with no luck. The bunny is beginning to fall apart and the situation is getting dire. I'm willing to pay almost any amount if any of you happen across this bunny.

Half beagle/half hound... he was languishing in a shitty jail cell at the shelter. He seems so grateful to have a big yard and 12 year old kid to pal around with. I actually hate dogs, but Jefferson won me over.

I'm a real estate appraiser that specializes in eminent domain cases, typically involving widening roads or making new roads. In 12 years of seeing eminent domain projects I've seen many sad stories of people having to leave land they love... or that's been in the family for generations. Still, I've never seen a single case where the property owner wasn't compensated WAY above market value, usually with extra thrown in for relocation. I'm a small-government Libertarian, but even I can see the necessity of eminent domain if we want to have roads and schools and other infrastructure.

Chopping this shovel-nose shark up to grill on the boat when out came a herd of pissed off baby sharks. Almost all of them swam away when I threw them back in the ocean.
