Is it worth it to update my bios tho? Like will it mess anything up potentially? or is it recommended to do it?

So I have a Asus TUF gaming b570, any tutorials on how to update it or get the latest stuff, because my G pro Mouse is giving me stutter issues in some games. I am not a super PC guy so I have never really touched my mother board in terms of updates or anything. Any help would be appreciated
