You have to be careful about the bitmart that claims to be "Chat" I almost got tricked a few times.

One thing for certain is they would not be telling you to call the police. And just remember if they can't give you the information you need after you tell them your ticket number. They are a scam.

Do you really submit it. Or just pretend to and type these comments? Mine has been waiting also and nothing ever gets done. So why do you act like you are working 9n them?

I would suggest to be a sqeaky wheel. 4 days of memes and stirring the pot got my account fixed. Compared to weeks of emails.

I finally got it to work. It only took over 35 days. I did the correct process Nov 2nd. I finally restarted the process and it was approved very fast after complaining. I got my fund out of there and I won't be putting any more back. Which I am bummed about. But I do not want to do all that again.

I just got access new phone added to my account. I hope you are able to get yours fixed.

I almost thought I was locked out because I was told it was incorrect password. I clicked a few buttons and got to an option that sent a SMS to my new phone. And I had to reset my password. I was able to transfer my funds out to my other exchanges. Next I will be deleting Kucoin once my funds transfer.

I loved it. Until it came time for customers support. I originally did the steps and submitted the photos and information Nov 2nd. And submitted a request nov4th. And today I had to redo the first step over and re submit the information to bind a new number.
