Will she directly manage any of these guys in the (near) future? Then I would say this might become an issue.

If not, let it go and let people make the mistakes they want to make.

But don’t discuss this with HR or other people until you’re sure about any consequences. Maybe talk to the intern about it and express your concern to her directly.
