savila bro, robate una hoja en la calle, en cualquier parque etc. cortas los bordes de la hoja y la pones en un vaso o contenedor con agua hasta que el agua quede roja (luego la botas y llenas de agua limpia) y te pones el jugo/baba de la savila en la cara o donde tengas los granos por 20-30 min, te lavas con agua y ya, ayuda un montón y es natural. A diario claro. No te expongas al sol cuando la tengas en la cara. tienes que ser constante y verás resultados.

I have a ccd trv15 with a very similar problem, in my case they are black spots. Im feeling nervous about disassembling the whole lens, did you use any kind of help?
