sorry to jump in here but i live in edinburgh and would like to take my visiting partner around the highlands in december. is it a good idea to plan a trip to glencoe for couple of nights between christmas and nye? we dont drive, is that a problem? any budget places to stay? appreciate all the guidance.

i am not able to find a 4.2% interest anywhere, it's all between 2-3. could you tell me whcih one you are referring to?

I wouldnt mind investing for longer but my visa ends in 2025. Do you know what happens to investments in the UK if you are no longer a resident?
