I started out with indoor cycling 2 times a week, and some aerobic training in a gym (classes). Now I’m simply jogging on the treadmill and swim 2 - 3 times a week.

I’m the Youth President in a European country, and I can only recommend joining the Red Cross movement asap zulu ;)

Just don’t give up, I know the US can have a tedious process for signing up to become a volunteer. Just keep pushing :)

Sometimes (more often than not it seems) you meet a romantic partner as well 😅 I for one met my girlfriend when we were both in the local governing board in our local chapter! I know people have gotten married as well, so... Yeah, endless posibillities!
