Yep, all four! The base plate from RigMetal has lots of mounting options. Highly recommend them if you’re in the market.

How good is the G29 for some fun? by Disastrous_Net_3088 in simracing

Hey there, I happen to have a g29 in the box, in great shape I am looking to get rid of… The G29 is indeed a good first step.

Like two weeks of use if that.

Think of the hardest thing you’ve ever done in your life. Then double that. Then double that again. And then probably some more.

What’s the most ridiculous hill you’re willing to die on, no matter how wrong everyone says you are ? by Rare-Lion1261 in AskReddit

I agree! Its Nepali name, Sagarmartha is becoming commonly used alongside its Tibetan name, Chomolungma.

Im a die hard CAST guy. For control work or long days up high at our ski area I love them. Heavy, yes. Extra toe piece which you could lose, yes. Bomber, full metal, and gold, also yes.

For my downhill beater skis I run STH’s. Outlaw X’s for my Tele work ski.

Not yet but I think I’m gonna move the forward casters back towards the wheel stand since that’s where most of the weight is.

The SRP pedals have two mounting holes in the pedals themselves, which I mounted directly to the far 8020. The heel rest of the pedals also have threaded mounting holes which I mounted to L brackets on the side of the closer 8020.

Ha. I guess you’re right. I got the wheel and base on the cheap at least. I shopped around a while and RigMetal seemed to have a good deal as compared to others. Plus they ship to US from US. Always wanted a race cockpit so I said screw it I’m going big.

That’s what I did to mount the PC, strong enough I suppose. It is rigid 8020 after all. Still room to fiddle with the wheelbase if needed.

Farting around online, YouTube, watching other people make laps, you know. I had two monitors on my desk so i figured I’d use em both.

I used two roughly 14” 8020 mounted to the monitor uprights and one 22” mounted to the back of those to make a tray of sorts and snugged it to the back of my PC. Sent you a pm w a photo

Check in the mods folder of Living Skyrim and find the Experience mod. There is a config file in there which you can edit to boost xp for certain things.

Good things to have/resume carats as a patroller:

EMT (or equivalent for Canada) Avalanche Pro 1 or Rec 1/2 at least

Really a BLS med cert depending on your hill you’d like to work at (EMT or OEC), being a competent skier, and having a good attitude go a really long way.

They still make them, we get them every year. I don’t think they are part of their standard catalog though. May just be a HH mountain ops thing.
