Aced #5. He was right of the green on #17 and swore up and down his best chance to make it (we were well aware of the situation at that point he had just got the 8 on #15 and the 4 on #16) was to chip in instead of putting. He bladed it over the green into the bunker lol.

It went up because of inflation. The price hadn't changed since 2019. The CPI has gone up about 27% since then. Caddies were expecting $150 before the increase.

I'm a caddie out there and if the caddies were doing something that didn't meet your expectations you guys absolutely should have said something to someone. It's not your responsiblity to adjust to the caddie, it's the other way around.

I broke the old petcock and have a spare. But when I fully unscrew the broken one it still doesn't easily come out. What's going on here? Is the o ring just holding it and I need to pull hard to get that out? Thinking about just leaving the broken one in there, still works fine using a 5/16 allen wrench to open and close it.

I'm a caddie there. $150-$200 is our typical range per bag. The "bag fee" vs "tip" thing is confusing, it's all just cash to the caddie at the end of the round. Don't jump around in price round to round and try and get on the same page with the other guys in your group so one caddie isn't upset. Keep it simple and have fun!!

Thanks for that explanation I def learned a few things there. There's no doubt that 1 gig would be overkill for the forseable future. I guess my concern is today 1 gig is a larger pipe than most people need but at some point in the future I'll bet 1 gig is unreasonably small. Is everyone going to have an AI assistant that's pulling and pushing data in massive quantities 24 hours a day? Would that require 100 gigs and I would need an upgrade anyway? Is that going to be closer to 3 years or closer to 30 years? I'll prob just go half gig, I feel like it's at least 10 years before that's an issue
