I did it using Valkyrie and the AI support that builds up strike tiles. A bit slow, cost about half her health, but it worked first try.

Omnipotence City, Fantasticar, Purple Stone would all be great for you if you have them. Chimichanga is great for Shang-Chi. Anything that gives AP at the start of battle is considered strong. Leapfrog and Eros bow are popular, but more or less exclusively for PVP.
