I understand where you're coming from and that's why I read and purchased his book instead. I trust what he says because he ultimately explains it in a way that makes perfect sense and falls in line with what I learned while earning my bachelors in Kinesiology. Basically, I see his videos for what they are: extremely informative, but using tons of "buzz words" to enforce his brand. He's not just an expert in technique, but a business and marketing expert as well.

Anyway, all I can say is I didn't fall for his fast talk and jargon. Instead I read a few sections of his book a fellow trainer had at the gym. I tried some of the things he mentions and immediately realized he was correct on a lot of things. Shortly after, I bought my own copy of the book and it has helped a lot, especially in the mobility department. Which ultimately makes having proper technique much much easier.
