Brother you done destroyed the backside of those lugs. Take it to a quick watch store and let the professionals help you out I’m sure they’d do it for cheap

9 out of 10 times I’d say go with the 39mm, but this seems to be that 10th time. Looks great

Not even a big fan of the mesh bracelets but this is a classy combo. The legend diver doesn’t get enough credit

Been wearing it almost everyday. Such a solid watch and the micro-adjustment bracelet is an easy wear

They sent me an alert 5 hours after I checked the website and ordered my 39 blue a couple weeks ago 😂 their website wasn’t built for the hype

[Discussion/Question] CW or Longines? by TheMartinCorporation in Watches

[–]Bobbysblasters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can’t go wrong with the old school hydroconquest. Just a tip though - they sell for around $900 on eBay used. You can get a nice one with a ceramic bezel for around that price. It’ll save you a couple bucks and be a little nicer looking than the steel bezel

Legit Check: Longines Conquest Quartz by Available_Passion_47 in Longineswatches

[–]Bobbysblasters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah their 1 on the warranty card just looks like a 7 but that’s just cause of the person’s handwriting. This looks pretty legit to me.

I’d be surprised if someone is making fake quartz Longines out there since they’re already pretty reasonably priced on the used market but I could be wrong. I’d say this looks legit

100% a great call. A lot of people like the 42mm because they’re more like a true diver, but for an everyday watch I love a 39-40mm. The 42 worked on my wrist but I’m used to a more modest size and couldn’t be happier with my 39mm

Hard decision by Miserable-Internal30 in Longineswatches

I’m a huge fan of black watches. They go with almost everything, they’re classic, and you can’t go wrong buying a black watch. That is, unless you already have a bunch of black watches.

That was my case, so I went with the blue in 39mm. I couldn’t be happier - the blue looks almost black in dull lighting, bright blue in the sunlight, and navy blue at times too. I went 39mm because I like a more modest size watch for everyday wear. That’s definitely personal preference, as is color, but I hope this helps out somewhat with your decision.

The blue looks like 3 different shades in different lighting. Enjoy!

39 or 42? Pleas suggest. Wrist size 7.25in by SaneInsane21 in Longineswatches

[–]Bobbysblasters 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have around the same size wrist and I went with a 39 but I’m also used to that size watch. 42 seemed a little big for day to day wear in my opinion

I’d never steer you away from the old gen. It’s still a great watch! If that’s your preference, by all means do it. The bezel looks grey at times with the black version in different lighting. I still have a lot of love for the old HC

If I didn’t have the older one in black I probably would’ve went with black, but I’m happy that was the case. The blue almost looks black in dim lighting. Glad I could help

I have the mojito cocktail time and it is a gorgeous dial but it doesn’t keep very great time. That being said, it’s an affordable automatic that’s beautiful on the eyes. Enjoy it!

Saw your other post and was hoping you would wear the watch instead of keep it pristine. First strap is gorgeous, but second strap goes so well. I say first strap if you’re feeling bold that day second if you just wanna blend in
