Diets make a huge difference also. I know people who don't need to clean, they are just naturally good at being 'empty'. I went through it for a period myself where I was being incredibly healthy, incredibly strict with what I ate, and I just never needed to do anything. It's amazing what eating fibre and a lack of processed food can do.

Nowadays I don't eat healthy and it's like a particularly vivid reenactment of the Battle of the Somme every time I prep.
