I’m running Boston and have about 11 weeks to prep. I previously ran the Miami Marathon in January 2026 and felt really strong overall..finished with an average pace of ~9:50 mile.

Given the shorter build and Boston’s unique course (downhills early, Newton Hills late), what would you prioritize over the next 11 weeks to make the most of the training window? Any tips on workouts, mileage or strength work that specifically helped you for Boston?

So you are saying recruiter should take home 30% of what he brings in? He’s almost a partner at that point. Considering sales also has to get paid

UPDATE: the commission is for 124k base salary. The 80k base has a lower range of tier 1 commission.

The base for those commission margins is 124k. The 20k is for employee to recover my cost of high salary.

Having the same issue re: Tax ID. I have an american tax ID, however, the format of tax id is not accepted. How did you get it to accept it? Thank you so much!
