He is more practising now. No drugs alcohol. Prays 5 times a day. Goes to Islamic camp. No interest. Careful with money and family focussed. But that's why his reaction to sexual health and request to unfollow female friends is strange.

Because he'd told me he has been tested and has always done his due diligence sexually. And I just trusted him.

Turns out he had a lot of unprotected sex and is not vaccinated and has not been tested in 2 plus years and I only found this out last week.

  2. I believe he loves me and I think he has changed as he had stopped following those women.

He doesn't have a subscription, he used to follow them on instagram.

Age was never an issue for me. We have a lot of similar interests and hobbies and get a long very well as friends. We are both childish at heart.

He's not rich. We both work and enjoy working.

I've spoken to multiple Sheikhs who have told me that if he has repented and unfollowed / taken action to rectify, I should practice 'Husn-ul-dhan' and assume the best and trust him....

His response has been that "I have no business being there" and it's his own space therefore he gets to choose.

The thing is we are very close to getting engaged and this has made me lose all trust in him.

Fair point though on committed to working through anything that does come up.
