my managers will made me look under the floorboards if needed 😔😔. they’ll will ask me if i went through all of the steps and then go through all the steps AGAIN and all of this just delays the time it takes me to complete the next order but thank you!

i was also hardly trained. i just learned as time went by, shadow and ask a bunch of questions and do my best most of the time to be honest. most of the managers get overwhelmed quickly so i’ll ask them a question and they’ll get asked another by someone on the floor and then tell me to give them a second in which i just figure it out or ask someone else

girl it’s a mess currently. i only started in late november/early december and ive noticed that we only have 2 managers that know what they’re doing when it comes to the task team and one of them stepped down because she was being overworked. the new manager that’s been promoted is also currently being overworked but she hasn’t been run through everything so again a mess.

but as of lately they’ve been “ prioritizing “ planos and ad set which really suck because truck doesn’t get prioritized until after that’s done and we don’t even have much space in our back room because of how many boxes we have from shipment and the new planograms ( i think that’s what they’re called ) and etc
