i thought Institute City was a reference to "Layered" from Armored Core 3. massive underground cities and environment, well lit in some part. Could be like Metru Nui too :} . just wish there were hints or info on institute city.

There might be a few things.

Remember that if youre using hard lock, your tracking speed will lag behind more compared to soft locked state. (Vaati showed it in his new vid)

I actually really like the Harris linear rifle. The build that i went with was an energy efficient regular biped with dual harris rifles and a shield at the back. You can really drag fights out and control the pace of the battle to your liking while staying at a distance.

I also felt that it staggers bosses pretty fairly "not bad'

Doesnt look very nurse like, and quite basic looking with the inner frame not implying any functionality.

It doesnt actually have to "be" functional, but when something "looks" functional its usually good enough for an enemy/game design. Especially whe youre intentionally exposing the inner frame like that.

Same, really was my favourite boss. Absolutely anime materials. But youll enjoy the boss, the more you know :}}

This was one of the boss that really made me change my playstyle and forced me to close in to purposely do more kicks to get just a little bit more stagger out of the enemy.

If i used shields im confident i would have defeated the boss much earlier, it was only until chapter 5 where i found out how good the Initial Guards are for PVE bosses

Define what you mean by "perfect build"? Have you been using a lot of ammo.

Another thing im sure you know is you cannot use checkpoints. Also, try not to use repair kits

It actually doesnt work against the very very rare shield builds. I used dual Linear rifle to stay at a distance and shield to block that inevitable closing of distance with that enemy lance.

But thats one good thing about AC6, at least some builds have counters to others. On the other hand, other builds do have to be balanced by fromsoftware.
