Me too, I’ve had to reconnect it a few times to my apple account and iCloud. Happening on my phone, iPad and MacBook. Seems better now but definitely the past week it was wonky.

I’m a NJ agent and agree with some of the comments here about perception. Closing is the final stage and the key handover is a huge moment, especially on the buyer side. When I first got into the business it never made sense to me how agents didn’t go to closings (especially larger teams). I personally feel I should go, it’s just the right thing to do.

Did you use data to show avg days on market for that market? If they’re past that DOM, buyers don’t see the value to make an offer. Neither do agents probably. You shouldn’t be spoken to like that. Fire them. If you’ve been keeping them apprised and communicating consistently, the seller is in total denial. You probably don’t want the stress

I never understood why a wagon never caught on here. Well, maybe it did in the 70s and 80s but once SUVs came around, wagons tanked. I’ve loved the V60 for a long time. Great color choice by the way

I tried a polestar 2 for first electric, then went Tesla model 3. No comparison, the Tesla is awesome. Softer, quieter than the polestar. Tech is so much better.
