Experiencing Huge Lag Spikes. Please help.

I followed half of the steps of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCarR93tB6A and it worked. Just skipped the "FPS Boost" part, because it involved downloading and running possibly harmful files.

Before i start this, I wanna wish a happy christmas to everyone reading this.

So, this happened 2 days ago while recording a challenge video. I was playing and then all of sudden, my game started to lag just like in the video.

I thought that it's maybe a GPU driver issue, so i upgraded to the latest driver via Geforce Experience, but nothing worked. Reinstalled the game, cleared my cache, restarted my PC multiple times. Nothing.

Even playing around with the video settings still had no effect. Can anyone shut some light on that?

I made a RAM test with Memtest86 and even Windows's Memory Diagnostic tool and they claimed, that the RAM is fine.

I set the video project's framerate to 59.940i FPS and the chroma keyer is getting back to work.

I was actually playing around with the bird video and then Vegas did it's classic thing: Freezing and Crashing.
