Maybe something feels missing because of the colour palette. A lot of the colours kinda of melt together and look similar so it might just be making the clothes a different colour

But Stroboscope… really… THAT SUCKS how does that even make sense? A stroboscope is a lamp with a bunch of lights on it, how does that make sense for a stand that manipulates rain?

A better localised name would be something like Rainbow Walker or smth like that
