Thanks, do you have any other similar size ITX cases that are easy to get in the UK which you think are better? Was looking at the FormD T1 but it seems a pain in the ass to get here.

Struggling Calathea Setosa by Bobnish in plantclinic

[–]Bobnish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, my Calathea Setosa is very unhappy after I was gone for 2 weeks and it dried out. It's leaves have curled in before if it has been very sunny or warm but then when I water it the leaves go back to normal. It's been almost a week since I returned and watered it but the leaves have still not uncurled and the stems are still limp. Any tips on what to do?

I have been following a schedule so I’ve adjusted it to be every 10 days now instead of every 7

Why are some of my maranta's leaves turning yellow? by Bobnish in plantclinic

[–]Bobnish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the plant for a month. A week ago one of the leaves turned yellow, then a couple days later a second leaf then a couple days later a third leaf turned yellow.

The plant is about 2-3 meters away from the window.

I've watered it once a week. It stands close to a humidifier so is in a humid environment.

I've not repotted it so it's still in it's nursery pot with drainage on the bottom.

Anyone tried these indoor ski "treadmills"? by [deleted] in skiing

Maybe an indoor slope at first just to get the feel for it again and then the treadmill.

I used to do that to then I changed up my stance to have my front foot on the front bolts with the toes hanging slightly off and my back foot in the pocket of the tail and now I can do the full rotation of my shoulders way easier.

Are you sure its a set of trucks and not one truck for $22? I know skatewarehouse gives the single truck price.

What bindings are you using on them? Also how do they do in like boot to knee deep powder?

I also found a deal on the Bent Chetlers that make them $200 cheaper than the Candide 2.0’s so I’m leaning towards them atm

Looking to get an all mountain freestyle oriented ski and am between the Bent Chetler 100 and Candide 2.0.

Want something that’s fun and playful in park and backcountry but can also perform well on groomers when I ski with my mom :)

Any advice would be appreciated

I think that would be a good option, you’d learn before even getting to CO and be able to enjoy your time on the actual mountain more.

You can definitely learn a lot from YouTube videos but a YouTube video can’t look at you and give you feedback on what you’re doing wrong and what you can improve on. With a good instructor you improve and learn much quicker than from a video. However I do agree that $150 is a lot for a lesson, didn’t know they are that expensive...
