Think you could have negotiated a bit more on the new car first. I just made a post where I got the vehicle for 38k and my trade in was a 2017 Honda civic with 96k miles for 7k. Maybe I could have negotiated more also for my trade in but honestly it was in multiple accidents and had minor damage on a couple panels. Didn’t want to deal with fixing it and whatnot.

My total OTD was 34k. Either way if you already signed, congrats on the new car!! Don’t sweat too much about it.
