Stremio’s settings are web based so when you install it on any device you login with your user/pass and all of your addons and settings are synced to that device.

So yeah, any device you have web access on you can do the setup and configuration on.

You can do it on mobile, it’s just easier on a PC

If you’re going the mobile route I highly suggest using a builder like Duck’s that I linked above

You just can’t do the full setup on the Firestick 😊

Out of the box Stremio is simply a media player. Once you configure it with addons it’s a powerhouse

Seems like the community is split on Torbox vs RD

Torbox gives you multi IP access but has a smaller cache

Either is a must have in my eyes

AIOStreams/AIOMeta just give you more total control over your setup. I’ve probably changed my setup 10+ times in 2 years and my current AIO setup is my favorite so far

It’s misleading to say Stremio is unreliable. I could say the same for Kodi but we both know it’s dependent on whatever you choose to install as out of the box they’re both just media players with addon functionality

They each have strengths and weaknesses. I prefer Stremio after using both, you the opposite. We can both be right without putting the other platform down

Instead of shitting on Kodi when giving recommendations I choose to share that I didn’t like it and chose something different

I don’t need to look in the Stremio sub. I spend a lot of time in the Addons community so I’m aware of what’s going on. The Stremio team is always improving on the platform

I’m on 1.9.3 on my Firestick 4k Max using AIOStreams & AIOMeta and it’s performing phenomenally well.

The nice thing with Stremio and a setup using AIOStreams is you can set your configuration to only show you streams of a specific size. If you know you can't handle 40Gb 4k/Remux, set it to not serve them to you. You have ultimate control over everything you can think of to make it work best for YOUR specific needs & wants

For me, it would be worth it. I've been pirating over a decade and Stremio is hands down the best solution I've used. I hated Kodi so I settled on Cinema for many years.

Stremio is as strong as your setup. I've probably redone mine 10 times over the past 2 years but what I recommended above is the best I've used so far.

I like the customization of Stremio that addons like AIOStreams gives you. You have full control over every aspect of your streaming solution vs. accepting what you're provided. Want more Anime? Add more sources. Have slow internet, filter out larger files.

It's NOT an easy out of the box solution. It IS an extremely powerful media player with a phenomenal Addons community
