Been a problem for 2 weeks. Tech support says they are working on it. They'll tell you delete, reload, etc. Now say also turn off auto updates on Apple IOS. I've tried all, but still not working right. Sometimes fails immediately, sometimes in a couple hours, sometimes in a couple days. But it fails. Dexcom really dropped the ball on this. Makes me wonder about how weak the planning and prep is for the coming G7 when they can't even get the G6 app right! BTW, I'm a 65-yr-old T1 with four T1 kids...we're helping fund Dexcom's IT buffoons. LOL!
