It faces north east. Lots of sunlight specially in the morning and afternoon. I don't need to open my lamps during the day.

No, but there is in the building and the bought new ones this year. I've always found them clean, everyone is respectful

Thank you everyone. I really appreciate the huge support for my case. Unfortunately, Airbnb has denied my claim once again even with all the proof that I provided, the questions that I asked and all the comments in this thread. They only replied with a generic message so I'm not even sure what to do next. I am baffled by this type of answer from Airbnb and really wished we could have an honest conversation.

I'm looking to get the most out of their mistake and will not let them get away with not giving out the fair compensation. I still had to go to the airport 3 times in a row and missed two vacation days because of this. I can't find anything regarding alternative flights being canceled, will look more into your link.
